What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
HELLO HELLO HELLO,
This
past week hasn't been the greatest, but these are the kind of weeks
that make you as a missionary. I have learned that nothing ever turns
out the way that you expect it to, but that it is all in God's will. He
knows what we can and can't handle and although it is hard and
frustrating sometimes it is all to teach us and help us to grow more
like Him.
I
have also learned a lot about the Atonement, Jesus Christ truly
suffered for each of us individually. He didn't suffer for a paper cut,
but if Sister Edholm got a paper cut and this is how he felt for
her. He knows EXACTLY how we feel and that is amazing and should bring
us so much comfort, he is truly empathetic!
We
had the weirdest coincidence. Last monday, after we had emailed we
walked through the mall and we saw our branch president and one of our
investigators Lauren was with him (She is his son's girlfriend), we
talked with him for a little while and then we see James, the guy that
we thought we had lost contact with, turns out he went to school with
our branch president, crazy right?
I hope you all have a great week!
Sister Edholm
