So,
this week was really great, just to say the least. The only kind of bad
thing that happened was that the Dominican Republic beat USA in
baseball after we were already up 5-0 in the seventh! Everybody was
making fun of me on Sunday, but I feel like won too because I'm
Dominican now, and USA is pretty much good in every sport, so the
dominicans have to have some sport.
Besides
that we had a special sunday yesterday that we had planned out for a
month that was specifically for visitors. It was a huge success we
prepared a ton for it, and it turned out really well in the whole
mission. Other than that just small miracles are happening. We are
teaching this one lady named Liset, and the custom of the Dominicans is
not to get married, it's very uncommon to find a couple that's married.
But her husband is living in New York and she's here, and if she wasn't
married it would be a huge process to get her baptized because he's
really far away. But we found out on Sunday that they're married!!! It
was a huge blessing for us. Also we have another investigator that we
have been teaching for a long time. He had never gone to church and we
decided that if he didn't go this Sunday, we were gonna drop him. He
came too!
Well
that's all that's really happening right now, the mission life is going
great, sorry that this email is a little short, but I love you all!
